My results says direct, so probably an RIA. Just assuming it doesn’t cross-react with free nandrolone as if it did it should have been way higher than the reference @ 7.2-24.0 pg/ml. I’ll recheck using mass spec the next time I do bloodwork

Yes I know total test isn’t accurate. But my free T is, and so are my estradiol and dht tests. I feel best with low estradiol also. This regime works for me, so I’m sticking with it.

SHBG is 13,3 nmol/liter. Main reason for dialing up or down the test cyp was to address dht levels and hair loss. Higher test made me lose more hair but strength gains seemed quicker. Had to use anti estrogen more often with higher test. I feel great emotionally. Energy levels seem good...

It’s all deca for nandrolone

I was experimenting with 4 up to 8 mg a day of testosterone and also fooled around with higher and lower doses of nandrolone. This protocol keeps the hair and I’m making strength gains in the gym.

cypionate is the ester. Labs are good. Total T is >1500 ng/dl, free T is 22.8 pg/ml, DHT is 34 ng/dl, and estradiol (sensitive) is 13.5 pg/ml

200 mg/week nandrolone and 50 mg testosterone/week, AI as needed, and HCG when I need it. That's it.

Yes, switch to nandrolone seemed to help shed some fat that was hard to shrink on just test alone. I cant tolerate the sides of high test so was using a way lower concentration of total steroid per week than I am currently on now. So that may be part of it.

Not sure of bf %. Visually lower visceral and subQ fat, but it’s plateaued now. Smart scale which I don’t think is accurate, says I’m currently 12% bf.
