3 to 5 grains are very high doses. A few people may need that, but imo most dont. If you do not feel optimal, ask your doc to add a dose in the afternoon, very important because of the T3 half life.
What works for me may not be working for you. As i said everyone is différents and thyroid is a subtile thing to optimize, sensitvity differs in everyone. I take double your dose, that means i have another dose in the afternoon
He is an open minded doc. I went to him with the protocol of dr keith nichols, and with all the studies for scrotal cream. Then he accepted and is helping me optimizing personaly because everyone is différents
I only felt my best when i got my thyroid optimized. I was scared of it at the beggining but when i started my treatment i understood i was going to feel awesome...
It was in the normal low range before.
It is the same for me. I have tried very low dose like 80mg per week and my e2 was still high end of the range and moreover did not felt well with a mid range free T. Best for me To have high end free T and control e2. Thats it for me.
I understand what you want to do. Maybe other members could give you advice. I think you know yourself to try and see. In my opinion it will be hard to dial in with those two esters. Once the ester is broken down by the body testosterone is testosterone. Maybe you just could go by propionate...
If it works for you go for it. I do think that it is better to go with only one ester. You will add ups and downs with propionate. You should try an intermediate dose of undecanoate per week something like 87.5mg and see where it goes?
Yes, at these dosages i believe E2 production will be moderate in the testes. Because 250ui only replaces normal ITT. More exactly one study showed -7% of basal ITT with 250 ui EOD. You can go to 275-300 ui no prob.
For me on pen costs 16euros and it lasts longer than HCG. I mix it with BW and i have 6500 ui To go. Its not like with Hcg youdont only have 2 or 3 weeks, but you can keep it up To the DLC written on the box as it is already reconstituted. But in France prices of medications are really LOW...
