HarveyMushman - ... sub lingual HCG doesn't work, so getting it inexpensively is still no bargain.

HarveyMushman,
Your result of 2941 (348-1197) is erroneous. The sample was contaminated by the T cream.
... it is somewhere between unlikely and impossible that sublingual HCG ( raised serum T to 2941 ng/dl ) ...
... may benefit from restart protocol (HCG mono, Clomid) rather than TRT.
... Injection is the only viable delivery method (of hCG).
Tom, ditch the compounded hCG lozenges. I'm not an MD. If it were me I'd discuss with my doc a prescription of Novarel, a reliable brand of hCG, and dosing somewhere around 350 IU EOD via 31 G needle IM or SQ which is very easy to do.
I'd also want to try the restart. Either way I'd have a strong supplement-nutriton-lifestyle-sleep enhancement program in place to support endogenous T production if tapering off T or healthy metabolism if staying on it.
Without going overboard with the sketchy or high priced supplements take a look at the following. If you already take supplements re-examine the purity and compare dosages to those recommended in the stickies here.
After whole fresh food, a few anti-oxidants and metabolic enhancers in USP powder form or liquid are generally agreed upon as beneficial.
I have issues with the following list but it's a decent quick reference:

Pick six and source them well, not from retail shops. For example DHA/EPA are better choices than fish oil and may be covered by insurance. ALA or (RLA), ALC, Green Tea extract, NAC, COQ10, Astaxanthin, collagen, L-glutamine, gene's NO stack make it to my own list of regulars.
