Updated Clomid with labs

I usually dont post labs since its so individual but I have been responding to clomid very well and have been on for two years. My total is around 1100/1200 and my free is right at the top of the range. My estrogen to test ratio has been pretty consistent for the last two years up until my most recent labs. My total t is the lowest its been at 1095 on these labs, I am sure its higher in the spring/summer with the sun but the estrogen saw a complete crash almost. I was expecting a bigger decrease in t maybe because of the estrogen but my t has stayed the same. I am not taking anything to lower my estrogen and I have never used anything like an AI. Any feedback would be cool. Just looking for some potential suggestions I can dig into. I take 25 mg twice a week and I have always done my labs at the trough so i do not take my dose the morning of and have been doing this for 2 years. Maybe a viral cold could suppress things? I take 35 mg of zinc by glycinate but I don't think that could lower the estrogen this much.

I have a saying, you're the architect of your own destruction. Zinc is a natural inhibitor of aromatase. As far as the zinc dose not being enough to lower estrogen, depends on your individual biology.

You have men out there that can take a 1-2 mg of aromatase inhibitors and it barely moves the needle.

I would expect a cold to compromise you metabolically and increase estrogen.

Do you feel any different?
Since when are you taking the zinc supplement?
Any other supplements or meds added since your previous lab?
Unlikely but it could also be a lab error.

You have had great results with your clomid protocol!

I am thinking a lab error as well. All supps, all nutrition protocols the same. Weird right? I don't really have low estrogen sides so far.

I wonder if it's a false reading? You could also try 10 mg of DHEA. It should convert some of your testosterone into estrogen.
