Dr. Schoenfeild is IMHO, one of the best in the business. He has combined his in the trench experience with science and has the ability to relay information so most can understand. I love his explanation of soreness and it sound exactly like my lecture about DOMS and homeostasis in humans..

I need this. My DOMS is excessive and recovery prolonged with good test levels and nutrition.
