Can’t sleep some times

Increased my dose from 125-150 week 6 months ago. Free T. Slightly above normal range. Estrogen high normal. Feel great. Except. About 2 - 3 time a week. I get crap sleep. Usually wake up horney and f@&k. Pecker in hand. After few hours awake. Almost feel normal. But not as much energy. Also alcohol has no effect on This issue. Evening caffeine does not seem to play a roll. Mastubatiin. Before bed helps some time as wife only wants sex once a week.
I would prefer not to decrease my dose if I don’t have to. I’m currently week two of trying three time a week injection instead of two as my shgb is 22.

it’s this issue soley test level. Or othe problems I should investigate.
