200mg compounded cream, $$

No doubt your E2 was very low then. I'd add maybe HCG or highe dose DHEA&Preg

One more thing, were you applying 200mg twice a day like BK asked? or 100mg x2 a day

200mg 2x a day. And yes, I suspect free E2 is low. I've been experiencing penile shrinkage, stiff joints, and other unpleasant things. Nothing like high E2.

If you can get a script call EmpowerRx and get the compounded T cream from them if you in the US........ Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper and most likely better quality ingredients...

I called EmpowerRx this morning --- sent them a copy of the script. Apparently, they can't do it. They only have the TopiClick and no where near the dose I take (400mg / day).

Why can't you do TopiClick, it's better. Way easier to measure. You apply 4 clicks a day on your scrotum twice a day, it'll be 400mg

I started out with the TopiClick, but 4 clicks didn't seem to yield enough cream. 1g from the tube I have is about 3-4 times more than 4 clicks, but it only lasts 3-4 weeks and costs $339. The bigger issue here is that I'm under rather incompetent care. The doctor is a gynecologist over 85. When I told him my libido is lower now than before starting T therapy, his response was "maybe T therapy isn't for you". Not quite the thing you want to hear when you're trying to solve a hormone problem.

Shouldn't 2g from the tube per day last 45 days? Still expensive though. Do you think your tube is underfilled?

Edit: Also if you're spending $300 per month on the cream, can you drop another $50 and get a quick E2 sensitive test or are you in a location without access to ordering that test?

My thoughts exactly. They are underfilling the tube on purpose and charging extra for it. It's too bad EmpowerRx doesn't having anything of that strength (they declined to send me a quote).

Yes to the Sensitive E2 test. Been wanting to do it for a while, but it's hard to break away to the lab during business hours. Will do it soon.
