Mangosteen as an aromatase inhibitor

Has anyone ever tried Mangosteen extract as an aromatase inhibitor ?

Because of AI medicine side effects, there's a lot of research being done for foods that inhibit aromatase. Apparently mangosteen extract approaches the anti-oestrogenic effects of Letrozole :

Google : "ergo-log mangosteen" ... first link that pops up (sorry can't post links yet)

Could potentially be helpful for long term E2 management on TRT.. Does anybody have any experience with mangosteen-extract ?

No food/supplement nor extract will be as effective as an aromatase inhibitor let alone truly lower your e2!

I did listed under one of the fruits that help you grow new brain cells. but I never saw it mention as an aromatase inhibitor.

Interesting

In the google reference, they found that in a test tube, one xanthone in mangosteen even surpassed the AI effect of Letrozole... OK, what happens in the real world is something else, but still, potentially interesting for TRT though
