Will testicles return to original size on HCG?

Been on TRT for 4 years. My dosing schedule and bloods are all dialed and have been for 6+ months. I’m only taking Test Cyp, no other meds for TRT.

My testicles have shrunk by more than half and are slightly less than the size of a grape. Will starting HCG thru Defy or another men’s clinic restore my balls to their pre-TRT size in HCG. If so, how long does it generally take?

I don't believe that it will run out. I have a one-year supply and empower pharmacy is building a new facility that will be able to produce HCG again.

Forgive my basic question but how is Empower able to do this and make it financially viable? Big Pharma are all ready in production. It can’t, after all be done as a compounding pharmacy with their relatively low overheads. Licensing and setup costs will be a bear and only worth doing if they then are able to undercut the competition’s prices.

All I know is what I was told. Their new facility should be up and running in about a year. I hope it's true.

Injecting HCG will increase your testosterone and estrogen. Increase estrogen is a main issue. Some men complain about. But others need that increase in estrogen like me. The main side which we all enjoy larger or back to normal testicle size.

I lost my desire and erection completely after 2 weeks 500iu two times every week! I quit HCG 2 months ago but still suffering although all my blood tests are ok!

Did you try any Viagra/Cialis that morning wood always works for me.

And for some it lowers aromatase or in some other way creates a situation of too low estradiol...

I assume they would be restored to pre-TRT levels, but you won’t know until you try. There’s also no way to know how long it will take since there has been four years with stimulation to them. But if I had to guess I’d say you’d start to notice a change in size/feeling in about three weeks. If your orgasm intensity has diminished within the past four years you’ll probably notice an improvement by the end of week two as well as increased load volume.

For sides, if I remember correctly, the most common complaints are anxiety and acne. In my opinion though that is mostly due to guys jumping on a cookie cutter approach and going “if 500 ius twice week doesn’t work for me then I don’t tolerate HCG”. Sure, some probably can’t…but i think a lot of those guys could probably do well on a lower dose. Some also say that it raises E2 a lot more than test, but that didn’t happen for me at all. I would say though that if you are dialed in on T you may want to drop that down if you add HCG since your normal production will start back up and thereby raise your levels, which you don’t want if your dialed in. And just for reference, I went from 120 of test/week down to around 100 when I added HCG and it went smoothly. Of course everyone is different though, so you may have to make adjustments. If you’re already dialed in that’ll be easier though, since you’re only dealing with one variable.

Not if you combine it with testosterone, your E2 will increase.

Yes Cialis 5 mg daily give me some improvement in erection not in desire. Viagra 50 works well.
No morning wood or some times soft morning erection.

Some men need HCG for the libido. Why that is? I don't know. Nelson also says it's the only thing that works to keep his libido strong.
