A man with 1500 ng/dL of testosterone (many men on ExcelMale.com ) may have
1500 x 0.004 = 6.0 ng/dl = 60 pg/ml of estradiol
Some doctors may choose to treat 45 pg/ml but I disagree and always have.
This would create a T/E ratio of 1500/60 = 25
