We can probably move this thread but I am perusing Reliable at the moment and they seem to have the Bimatoprost cheap. I'm not sure what other hair products they offer but years ago when ours shot up to $350 at Defy I just gave up.

Nizoral shampoo maybe? I've used it for years as i used to get psoriasis in my scalp, but i still use it now as it's supposed to help with hair loss (mind you, i still shave my head regardless). Not sure if it's helped preserve my hair, but i've got more hair than either of my two brothers so i'm assuming it's having some effect.

In another trial, 0.03% (w/w) BIM application for 3 months decreased the severity of alopecia areata to a greater extent than the corticosteroid mometasone furoate (0.1% [w/w]) (Zaher et al., Citation2015). Based on these clinical trial results, BIM appears to be effective for hair regrowth in scalp alopecia.

Not so far. I gained two pounds. But I am on low dose amiloride for the past 3 years.
