What topics do you want to see covered in our next Google Hangouts?

As you know, Jay Campbell and Monica Diaz along with Dr Osborn invited me to be part of a Google hangout that dealt with general aspects of TRT.

We are planning to do one per week.

I'd like to hear a little more on HCG and the other positive effects it has besides increasing testicle size and promoting fertility. What about mood?

I'm interested in the ratios of T to E and treating that vs relying solely on an E2 sensitive test.

I would love to hear about anything new (if there is anything) for low SHBG guys.

Maybe any new evidence or studies on Testosterone's positive effects on blood sugar levels........insulin resistance and pre diabetes.

Trimix timing for romance and love making. When is the timing for most couples the best for the Trimix injection for keeping the mood flowing. Right now I lean towards before the intimate coupling begins. Thoughts?

I would like to hear about this too. Are there any studies that show what an ideal ratio would be? What is an average teenager's ratio?

Any info around E2 is helpful as that's something I'm worry about at the moment.

Last hangout was great. I would love to hear about estradiol management more, and how does anastrozole affect HDL ? And best ways of elevating HDL (nac, niacin ? )This is my main concern on trt.

Thanks Nelson! I have saw that one. I thought the one on hcg and estradiol was supposed to be this past week. Do you have the date planned for it yet? I must have read something wrong
