What to do if Doc does not prescribe HCG

No CoastWatcher it has nothing to do with Estrogen.
I tried HCG only twice a year ago through Defy.
Major anxiety both times.
I was injecting sub q-250iu.
It scared the crap out of me so I quit.
Now I'm curious about trying I.M.
Want to go with a low low dose and maybe build into it.

Starting low makes sense. I doubt that you will feel any difference between SubQ and IM, though.

I am sorry to learn of the problems you encountered. A low dose to start, as ERO noted, makes perfect sense. I wish you all success. Keep us posted.
