I can live with not being a morning person, but I'm trying to figure out why I'm so fatigued in the afternoons. What tests should I ask to be run?

This, by all means. Have you had thyroid checked?

Here is all I have for thyroid:

October 2016
TSH: 0.651 (0.450 - 4.500)
Free T4: 1.59 (0.82 - 1.77)
Free T3: 3.2 (2.0 - 4.4)

November 2016
TSH: 0.78 (0.47 - 4.68)
Free T4: 1.6 (0.8 - 2.2)

May 2017
TSH: 0.95 (0.47 - 4.68)

November 2017
TSH: 0.63 (0.47 - 4.68)
Free T4: 1.2 (0.8 - 2.2)

Maybe I suffer from subclinical hyperthyroidism? I experience a lot of the same symptoms: fatigue, palpitations, heat intolerance, diaphoresis, and tremor.

Are there better tests than just TSH, and free T3 and T4 for the thyroid?

To me your thyroid levels are good but I'm not the thyroid expert Chris is. Hopefully he will chime. You could start a new thread about your thyroid.

I would re-run the Thyroid labs as funds permit, it get pricey for the full panel though the one number that maters the most is the Free T3 of which your one test is less that optimal but not bad. You'd probably prefer to see that closer to the top of the lab range. I would run these with the iron labs as an iron deficiency can impact the T4>T3 conversion.

TSH
Free T4
Free T3
Reverse T3
Antibodies
Iron, Serum
Ferritin
Iron TIBC

So here are my results:
6AM: 0.295
11AM: 0.115
5PM: 0.045
11 PM: 0.016

looks like a normal shape, but the values seem low. Is that a correct interpretation? What, if anything, should I follow-up on?

As VC said, do a full thyroid panel and pay attention to Reverse T3. I was having a lot of same symptoms and my RT3 came back at 28.1 ng/dl ( 9.2-24.1 ).

Caused by a very severe sinus infection back in Jan. Also, my iron is low due to donating every 8 weeks due to high HCT and low iron can cause thyroid problems.

Order panel series then either:

(a) self interpret or (b) buy MD interpretation

If going with (b) just get the TSH test. If it comes back within range everything is fine is the interpretation given by most MD's.

Those here advocating these panels may or may not then design a treatment protocol for you. In any case keep testing and keep posting. At some point the meta data will be useful to someone.
