I am 30 years old
Weight : 240lbs
Height: 6'3
Bodyfat: 21%

I would like to add this blood work was taken on May 5. Since this day i have completely cut out caffeine , which i have been pretty excessively drinking every day . In the neighborhood of 700mg daily.

I have been eating clean for the most part except for the occasional cheat meal on the weekends, and going out with the family .

On my blood work you will see my Total Testosterone is 531 but my free testosterone is on the very low . Also, my Free Test % is very low.

My Thyroid (T4) is a little low .

I am a endomorph body type . I have a slow metabolism , and i have been pretty overweight my entire life until the last 3 years, which I have lost a 100lbs . I gain weight very easy, and it can sometimes be hard to lose. I am cardio active as i have been in MMA and Crossfit the past 3 years very heavily.

My symptoms for the last 2 years or so are fatigue , bloat very easy, constantly hungry no mater how much i eat, muscle loss , fat gain, endurance is way down, no real energy to want do anything, no libido .

Lastly, i have had ED since i was 20. I have been on Cialis , Viagra, and Levitra since then and still use them . As i have to . I was on depression meds at the age of 12-22, and i needed these to get it up at all. I am sure a lot of my issues now are in my head, but maybe not since my Free testosterone is so low.

I did take testosterone in 500mg increments when i was 19-21 years of age off and on, as i was playing professional football. I did not do a PCT. My estrogen goes sky high very easily. Im Estrogen sensitive. I know this was dumb , and i wish i could go back to do it over.

Im trying to give you guys all the details i can . I am sure i am leaving stuff out. I just need some help . I want to feel better and go back to loving myself . Sorry if my writing skills suck, I'm not very good at this lol.

Who ordered these labs? I'm surprised your SHBG wasn't measured, but based off of your lab results I'd imagine it must be pretty high. TRT may help you but given some of the eccentricities of your bloodwork, you'd really be best discussing it with an expert doctor. Assuming these tests were ordered by a general practitioner or an endocrinologist, I'd recommend contacting Defy Medical or a similarly acclaimed clinic. They'll definitely be able to help you. Your total/free test and estrogen are only a part of the puzzle. Your LH and SHBG should also be taken into account. At your age, clomid is often prescribed as a low-risk/simple alternative to TRT but it can be ineffective in men with really high SHBG or primary hypogonadism. I suggest you schedule a consultation and see what the doctor has to say. Don't rely on your general practitioner, you need an expert.
