take it with fat, I take healthy origins, which has a little olive oil added, I take 40,000iu once a week, took my level from 33 to 86.
Just had another vitamin D test and it was 40. I'm still taking 10,000IU daily but had stopped a few weeks before this test. I mega dose fish oil at the same time so I'm probably getting enough fat. Unless the fish oil gel caps don't dissolve fast enough? Don't know how much longer I should take 10,000IU from what I've read you should only take this much for a short period of time.
