Viagra and Libido

My husband had a consult today with a well known HRT doctor.
Hubby's symptoms are No libido, No orgasms, PE and ED ( the whole nine yards).
There was one phrase in this consult that confused me.
I know (everyone say) that Viagra does not raise your libido. It just makes you able to have sex.
Doctor said "Viagra will not work if there is no libido".
My husband suffers for 2 years now. His libido is non-existent. He cannot get aroused by even a hardcore porn.
He very opposed to taking Viagra but he can get hard with V in the matter of 15 minutes.

What do you guys say?
Does Viagra work if you have no libido?

Viagra, like Cialis and Lavitra, are PDE5 inhibitors which increases NO in the blood stream leading to vasiodialation making a natural erection happen more consistently.

It does not effect llibido in any way whatsoever.

Without a good libido PDE5i's are basicly useless.

The Doctor was correct in his assessment.

I know you have another thread in here going Cuson, let's try to keep that one updated as having more than one thread in the forums can be very confusing for members trying to help.

Is your husband using HCG in his protocol?

Assuming that your husband is sleeping well, has no depression, and there are no relationship issues, astarting protocol of 100 to 200 mg testosterone + 5 or 10 mg per day of Cialis would be a good idea if he has a PSA much under 4. If after 6-8 weeks this protocol does not wake his libido, then adding HCG may help.

That is exactly what prompted me to ask this question.
How a male "does not notice" a libido?
Although, to be fair, my hubby's definition of libido is somewhat in the lines of "If I don't get it now, my penis will explode"
But he says that he does not even have "oh, let's do it sometime next week".

Libido is different for many men but some of the more common predictors are:

1. Thinking of sex consistently
2. Checking out women consistently
3. Vivid sexual fantasies
4. Desire for sex is very strong
5. Hours after sex or an orgasm desire for sex is strong again
6. Consistent masturbation

The list goes on...
