I have been on TRT for 8 month now. My protocol is 50mg Test Cypionate 3 times per week M, W, F. My first blood test after 3 months from the start showed a total Testosterone of 800ng/dl and e2 of 84pg/ml I was taking HCG 250iu 3 times per week as well at the time. After the blood test I dropped the HCG. Now fast forward another 4 months, I had another blood test and my total Testosterone is 1400ng/dl and e2 is 103pg/ml which is very high. However, I don't have any symptoms. No water retention, sex drive through the roof l, no serious acne, and the feel of well being is great. Now, would I treat the number by lowering the dose? Or do I incorporate a small dose of AI? Or just ignore the number as long as there are no symptoms?
