TRT Lab Results ?

I'm a 69 yr old man on daily injections who just switched to scrotal cream. I had labs done last week and here are my results that I have a few questions about

testosterone, free + total, serum. >1500
testosterone, free + total, serum 33.7
PSA, total, serum or plasma 2.8
LH , <0.3
FSH <0.3

My VA Labs were a concern to my hematologist and cardiologist. They think my testosterone is dangerously high and poses a threat of blood clots. The high results are just over the maximum range. Should I ask my TRT doc to reduce my daily dose? Should I be concerned about the low LH an FSH levels?

They are concerned about the low platelets and have been for two years. I've had bone marrow tests, CT scans etc..and they have restricted anything that thins my blood.

lymphocyte and neutrophil counts are

Neutrophils seem elevated and lymphocites are low and their ratio is severely shifted towards neutrophils - such a shift is typically a sign of bacterial infection. Has this been going on for 2 years too or is a recent finding?

Do you have any signs of recent or recurring infections: headaches, sore throats, stuffy nose, intestinal problems after meals, sudden chills (feeling cold when it is not cold around you), feeling fatigued, widespread muscle/body aches, easily getting sick from cool wind/weather i.e. something that resembles getting a cold or the flu?
