Zero. And i am a “bodybuilder”. Have been lifting for over 20 years. Just as a reference my FT now is low mid 20. At 180mg a week it was high 30s. Zero difference whatsoever in body composition, performance, recovery. One thing worth mentioning is that at higher dosages my anxiety kicked in and i was very energetic not in a good way if you know what i mean
Low mid 20s bothWhat is your E2 and SHBG like at these levels?
Your tinnitus is worse when e2 is low or high? I don't understand what you said.I've always associated my tinnitus to high or low estrogen, when estrogen is high I take an AI and am find until estrogen is very low, then tinnitus begins again.
Women get tinnitus when estrogen drops in menopause.
How high are we talking?Tinnitus is a side effect of high hematocrit and hemoglobin.
It's caused by fluid retention, and high, low E2 can cause fluid changes in the body.Your tinnitus is worse when e2 is low or high?
Oh, so both high and low e2 can cause it. Thanks. It's caused by fluid retention, and high, low E2 can cause fluid changes in the body.
How high was your hgb then? Did you reduce dose and donate?Hematocrit of 57
Wow. I'm about to stop my test completely for a while too. Skipped today... debating on restarting tomorrow.

I was on TRT and Nandrolone when it got that high. I went off everything for 4 months and donated. I started CPAP after that.
I couldn't really say, I suffer from Tinnitus but it's more related to guns and my military service, and loud music prior to that, than anything else. It's bad enough that I'm technically "disabled" and receive a monthly stipend/compensation from the VA. Given that I've not noticed it go up or down since I've been on TRT, and I know for a fact my Ferritin has been subterranean levels in the teens but I'm correcting that now. Last test had me in the 40s and no affect on Tinnitus
Had fatigue and ears felt congested or pressure feeling. CPAP within a week made the pressure in ears better.Wow. I'm about to stop my test completely for a while too. Skipped today... debating on restarting tomorrow.
What other symptoms did you have?
Sounds like the ear pressure was more not sleeping well then H/H dropping right? Did you monitor to see how long it took for your levels to drop?Had fatigue and ears felt congested or pressure feeling. CPAP within a week made the pressure in ears better.

I need numbers like that. The endo said what the problem was when told I my symptoms before we even did labs. I think the Nandrolone was the cause as I never seen numbers like that before in all the years of TRT.
Levels came down when I was off TRT the 4 months and donated twice over that time. I can't remember how long I was on CPAP before labs at 4 months. I restarted TRT without Nandrolone got these labs at 3 months.
