TRT and heart racing

I went through similar symptoms after starting trt. I was taking 50 mg test cyp. Twice a week and had horrible anxiety along with high blood pressure and chest pain. I ended up lowering my dose to 35 mg twice a week and feel much better. Everybody’s bodies are different. Some people have to build a tolerance and work there way up.
I’ve all but stopped after my 1 injection. F that, almost 2weeks after and my test is still 800. I’ll let it go back to my natural 570 and leave it. I feel it wearing off as my heart rate is slowing to a more normal pace, still slightly elevated but absolutely better. Saw the cardiologist and they said it seems fine but I have a stress test, echo coming up to make sure.

All you did was go to a place that didn’t have a clue what they were doing, and neither did you by taking all three of those medications at once. 160 mg shot is way to much at once. Had you taken 120 mg and divided it into two or three injections, you would not be having these symptoms I don’t believe. I’m 70 yrs old and do 140 mg/wk divided into 2 shots every 3.5 days. HR fine (resting at 68-70) and BP fine too. Now that doesn’t prove that you would be the same on that dose, but if all you did was test alone and broke it up into smaller doses I believe you would have had a much better experience. Ditch that clinic, they do not have your best interest at heart

I agree 100% especially after doing more research, good reviews and a buddy that goes there was enough to get me comfortable. Big mistake! Maybe I’ll try it later on down the road with a place that won’t try and kill me over.

This is exactly the issue I have with exogenous T. I have no idea why it happens. I tried all form injection and creams. They only way I can keep my heart rate down is use a cream and a very low amount applied. Which doesn't help at all. The longest I tried was 6 weeks. On that 6th week my heart rate went to 150. My Dr. Put me in Clomid, and my heart rate went back to normal. I was on Clomid for a year then got the Clomid crash. Now I'm off everything. Pretty much sucks.

My cardiologist says is messes with the adrenal gland, some people are just hyper sensitive to it, clearly we are. Today is my 2 week mark from the injections, I’ve 100% stopped and plan to not get on it again. My heart rate is close to normal, I can actually work now just taking breaks, I was literally bedridden for over a week if I did anything, even walk the the kitchen my heart would jump up to 130. My sleeping heart rate is back in the 55-65 range. Guessing it will be all wore off by the end of the week. Btw I got tested at day 11 and my test level was still 790, labs all normal, Bp normal.

I would agree. I've always been hyper sensitive to any medications. I am trying to lower SHBG with boron. As my last test it was rather high. That's an ongoing experiment.

Me too, I get all the worst side effects possible. I can't even tolerate most supplements, especially DHEA and pregnenolone.
