You’re not wrong. My source uses mct oil, which I prefer over the oils my prescribed pharma and compounded products use, and he also uses less excipients. And he jano tests all his products, and they’re always pretty spot on. I bet closer in concentration to what the label says than the pharma and compounded products I get prescribed. So if everything is as he says it is, his products are actually better than what I get prescribed. But at the end of the day, I can’t know 100% that everything is as he says it is, unfortunately. Which is why I usually prefer to go pharma, with as much of the things I’m using, as possible, just for the added piece of mind knowing that what I’m injecting is exactly what I think I’m injecting

I think there's a decent counterargument to make here but it wouldn't serve the greater good to do so. Better that people believe UGL products are dangerous, go through their physicians for medication and stay out of trouble.

I noticed a not-so-subtle distinction in locker room talk as I aged. Before, when younger, it was all about penis size. Then, say from the age of 55 on, the focus shifted to "who can get it up, and who can't . . .". Suddenly, the smaller guy realized how lucky he was if he could still get hard and perform . . . and I think most women would agree.

I worked for big pharma in management. The raw materials we used in our drug manufacturing were tested under very rigorous controls by our QC dept. If the raw materials did not meet our standards and were inferior in quality or had impurities, the manufacturers didn't care that we rejected them for being bad quality. You know why? They would just sell them to generic or fly by night companies who didn't have QC standards. So when injecting things or ingesting things, let the buyer beware...

Another interesting tidbit. We tested drugs that were manufactured over 10 years longer than their expiration dates, and the drugs were still 100% viable. So don't believe those phony expiration dates on drugs. It's a ploy to sell more drugs.
So store your drugs as recommended on the label and they are likely good far beyond their exp date. Fact.

I have read many articles about this topic after a friend of mine said he has had success applying T gel on his member. Most articles and studies say it does nothing. Some swear it works.
My friend has been applying 1% gel to his member for a month or so and says while the length doesn't appear to be different yet, the girth when erect is definitely bigger. I'm waiting to get more input from him but so far it seems it may work. At least for him.

He did say it was somewhat irritating/red the first week, so then he stopped for a few days and resumed with every other day until his skin adjusted to it. Now he is using it daily with no issues.

It is a very successful therapy for kids with micropenis, but few studies have been done on adult men. Could be interesting. I'll report back in the coming weeks. If anyone else has info on this let us know.

I would not use T to increase size, there are other alternatives--pumping, tens machine therapy (used this and increased girth by almost 1 inch), wave therapy. You can get a tens machine on Amazon for $20 and use it in 15 min cycles 2 time a day. Increasing length is a stretching thing, I have never been concerned with length as the pleasure comes from the girth and the contact. My length is average around 6 inches and even then have been told not to go so deep.

You can get a tens machine on Amazon for $20 and use it in 15 min cycles 2 time a day. There is proof that penis extender can make a penis grow to some extent. Growth is possible. Other mechanism though. Combining this with HGH and/or DHT... nice experiment.

Here it comes: I did think about it and I have to extend my statement above. I believe that men that have been hypogonadal already during puberty might have genetic potential to grow penile tissue as adult when exposed to normal/super-physiological androgenic conditions.
Time will tell.

It's not impossible, it might be in some ways similar to the reasons womens' clits will reliably grow significantly with high enough (even systemic) androgen exposure.

I'm pretty sure there are studies out there of hCG increasing the size of adult micropenises, perhaps DHT as well. That said, I wouldn't expect a guy having gone through puberty with bottom of the range but still "normal" DHT levels to be able to grow his dick as an adult by blasting DHT. I think that might (and has been shown to some degree to) work in the most extreme of cases only.
