Hello everyone,
I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my thyroid, bun(1st time my bun has been this high, it usually sits at 21), ast, and alt results. Feel free to ask about any other doubts you may have. A quick summary of what I have been doing. I did a 26 week cut and I know when you lose weight you throw your thyroid out of wack. When I did my bloodwork I was already 16 weeks into reverse dieting/lean bulking and I was fully hydrated. I had drank 1 liter of water before they drew my blood.
I inject t-cyp every other day (2 days 0.17ml and 2 days 0.18ml which equals to 0.70ml per week) together with HCG (2 days 0.12ml and 2 days 0.13ml which equals to 0.50ml per week)
During this time I was on cjc 1295 and ipamorelin (200mcg for both at night on an empty stomach for 5 days out the week)
One more thing this is my first time getting a complete thyroid panel. Thank you for any feedback.

Hello Broker,
I am 36yo, 5'8", 153lbs, 15% body fat
No, hair loss
I made a mistake on my thyroglobulin AB range. My results are <1 and the range is < or = 1 IU/ml
I am safely assuming that I do have thyroid peroxidase AB since my value is 1 and the reference states <9 IU/ml. Also according to Dr. Westin Childs he says on his videos that optimal is 0

Hello AndrogenHacker, my protein intake is between 180grams to 190grams. I usually eat this much protein when I'm lean bulking and I have never had my bun at 25. When I was cutting I was eating 160 grams of protein and my bun was sitting at 21. Could be a lab error or it could be due to the peptide that I was taking. I read somewhere online that it can elevate kidney enzymes due to the increase in igf-1.
About 5 weeks ago I started taking 600mg of NAC time release (300mg AM/300mg PM) and 250mg of tudca AM on an empty stomach. Hopefully this helps out on my next blood work.
I also stopped taking creatine about 5 months ago because it was elevating my creatinine levels but they were still within range.

The estradiol to me seems strange, there is a huge gap. Remember to not take any vitamins containing biotin and B’s 72 hours prior to blood drawn. I would retest, and drop the A1C... really not needed a second time around. And you need FT3 and FT4.

@Cataceous probably has some words regarding those E2 numbers...
I'd say if there's no AI in the mix then the sensitive result is probably the one that's wrong, and by a lot. I would ask them to redo both estradiol tests at no charge. Obviously they can't both be right, and I doubt he has CRP through the roof to throw off the immunoassay result.

You say it so much more eloquently than my own "something's wrong with that shit!" response.

sorry for the delay I have been pretty busy...anyways...yes, the estradiol and estradiol sensitive do have a huge gap so I am safely assuming a lab error because my sex drive is great, strength is great, and no hair loss.
I stopped taking my multi vitamin which contains biotin and all the b vitamins 5 days prior to blood work. Yes, i will be retesting sometime next week.

No, i do not take an AI. My last CRP was at 0.41 mg/l (range <1.00) (September 2019).
Like I mentioned before I am sure there is a lab error on my estradiol results because I do not have any of the low estradiol symptoms and my estradiol senstive sits between high 20's to low 30's
What's your take on my thyroid levels and what do you suggest? I am already taking more selenium (100 mcg), vitamin E (200IU)(90mg), 2mg of iodine on top of what is in my multi vitamin pill. My doctor said I am normal for FT3 but not optimal but did not want to prescribe me any medication. All she said was to take 1200 mcg per day of chromium. I might try that but I think that's way too much from all the research I have looked. My multi vitamin already has 200 mcg of chromium.

I'm relatively new to thyroid issues so will demur on this question. Do you have symptoms? I had similar "non-optimal" levels, but also top-of-range reverse T3. Taking 5 mcg T3 daily and adding to dietary protein resolved that issue and the accompanying fatigue. Personally I think 2 mg iodine is too much.

Ferritin that high to me looks like Dysmetabolic iron overload syndrome. Technically it is in range but they know that ferritin above 100 is associated with dementia, cardiovascular problems. Being younger, iron might be climbing up. Your thyroid levels free t3 total t3 look low but that is probably from heavier dieting I am assuming- not sure. Both Hepatic and Body Iron Stores Are Increased in Dysmetabolic Iron Overload Syndrome. A Case-Control Study

I am assuming the 5mcg of T3 are prescribed, correct? if not, what brand did you purchase and from where? Last friday I had my new bloodwork so i'll see where my iodine sits and i'll adjust if it's out of range.

I will definitely read the study and from my understanding ferritin is an inflammation marker. I was going to donate blood but I did not want my iron to drop too much.

T3 is prescribed for me, though it's also available without a prescription from AllDayChemist.
