Thyroid blood test results

Just got my thyroid blood test results back.
Currently not taking anything. Have been off Enclomiphene for nearly 3 months.
Do these results indicate sub optimal thyroid function?
If so, what are some ways I can improve it?

TSH 2.41 (range 0.40 - 4.0) mIU/L
Free T4 13.6 (range 9.0 - 25.0) pmol/L
Free T3 5.6 (range 3.5 - 6.5) pmol/L

I would say from the labs. You are showing us your levels. All look good.

I would have got my reverse t3 check. Also, did you have both antibodies check?

Thanks, Vince.
I thought that TSH should be under 2?
My TSH 10 years ago was 1.2.
I don't think they run the reverse T3 test in my country. I didn't get thyroid antibodies tested

I agree under two is best but yours is not bad.
