Thoughts on free T lab results

Looking for some thoughts on my latest labs. I switched to ED dosing 12mg T Cyp in September from 50mg E3.5D. My labs in November were 900 T with 32 Free T. This was up from 28 Free T in August. Got my latest T numbers back today and my total T was 862 and Free T was 38. My E2 and SHBG values were in same range mid 30’s each both labs. Not sure what to make of my increasing Free T #’s over last 6mos. Maybe just an inaccurate lab? My next consult with Defy is about 6 weeks from now.

Yes, draw at 8am prior to daily injection.

Results from the standard directly-measured free T tests tend to jump around too much to be useful. Just as bad, different labs can have normal ranges that are not remotely comparable. Much better is to use SHBG and total T in a free T calculator.
