Very good information and is applicable to most people. However we have to remember all of these studies were done on either untrained or recreationally trained individuals. We can't assume the same to be true in athletes, or athletes using anabolic steroids. But for all intent and purposes this is very good information.
 
Good stuff, madman. Most of us here are not professional athletes and can use all the resources we can get. I've been genetically lucky for strength and muscle appearance, but age spares no man. Genes become less effective at producing proteins, stem cells reduced, yet we try to compensate with supplements, more exercise, etc with diminishing effect. Crap!
