Telmisartan and Potassium

Hello guys, not sure if this question should be posted in this section or not? I had a question on telismartan and potassium. How can one avoid potassium while on telismartan? I try to stay hydrated with electrolytes and salt thru the day because I workout nad work outside. My diet also has potassium in it as well. Just didn't know how to get away from high potassium levels on telismartan.

any specific reason you would do that? i ran a test of 160mg telmi some time ago and no issues with potassium in diet + supplementing 200mg/day and never had my blood range of potassium go out of range. back to 40mg now. do you have blood work
