Tadalafil - Capsules vs Oral Dissolvable

I take daily low dose tadalafil as part of my protocol and have been very happy with it. I take one 3mg capsule every morning upon waking up.

Do any of you have experience using both capsules and oral dissolvable tablets? I was told that one advantage of the ODTs is that they are absorbed into the bloodstream and therefore bypass the liver.

In terms of effect, I'm wondering if ODTs would be a good approach for someone like me who uses Tadalafil at a daily maintenance dose vs someone who might use it specifically in advance of sexual activity?

ODT’s of any ED ( Every Day or Erectile Dysfunction )products, “Pun Intended” are similar to sublingual and are fast absorbing into the bloodstream. As far as capsules go, a lot of my clients and myself included, take our compounded 30 mg Tadalafil capsules and either take it as a whole for recreational/sexual purposes or take out what we need per daily dose. Never experienced any negative reflux and definitely absorbed well. At the smaller doses it works wonders in the gym for vasodilation and at the compounded dose even better for several days.

They also have the generic viagra at 125mg... I have that also and was very impressed. You. An break it into 4 pieces also. I switched hoping these would prevent the reflex but no luck.

Very fast onset so I’ll keep with it.

So, I called my pharmacy and they told me dissolvable Cialis did not exist. Can someone clarify?

Well I took one about two hours ago Lol.

Empower just launched them recently but it’s tadalifil the generic name. They don’t make cialis odt. You cannot get it from a regular pharmacy Cialis is the trademarked name and Cialis only comes in pill form. But the generic drug can be produced by a compounding pharmacy.

jmyers, weird that you still get reflux. Somebody else on this thread mentioned the same thing. I would think not being in the stomach it would not affect stomach lining or acidity level. I have some inbound, so I may likely find that I am wrong as well! Dag

I find if I take the full 25 mg I get really bad reflux . This may be because I end up swallowing a lot of it , they don’t dissolve that quickly and easily . I’ve had some prescriptions Staxyn which comes in the dissolvable tablet and it disappears on your tongue in like five seconds . You have to play around with these a little bit to get them to dissolve . If I take a quarter pill at a time and dissolve it I get less reflux.

Its not being in the stomach that is causing it. Its the way it works its relaxing the esophageal sphincter causing reflux. lower the dose or take an antacid or magnesium to help control it.

When i take it everyday my sides went away. I had reflux to at the very beginning. If you just started give it a few days. I even had back pain for the first few days. All went away.

I live in NYC area to. My Dr sends script to compound pharmacy they have a location in Manhattan and lic. 5.5 MG capsules for about $2 each. If you pick up free shipping.

I have since got it approved for my uhhhh let's say "bph". So insurance covers. The generic $10 a month.

They are large enough to score into smaller tablets if your preference is to take daily. There is some belief that long term daily use of the product that the body can start to build up resistance. Typically only used as a daily medication if there are symptoms of BPH present.

Like everclear 190 proof, DMSO with peg 300. etc. on prescription 20mg pills with success to turn into the right solution to eyedropper/syringe without needle to dose 5mg a day??

It’s important to note the alcohol will have nullified expected results and can increase your evident E D problem. If “drinking “. Also, you’re not going to get the desired full milligrams due to bioavailability of chemical is broken down to a lesser degree.
