Guys if I'm switching to every 3.5 days and I inject on Sunday do I pin on weds or Thursday ?

I do sunday evening, as i am almost always home on sunday evening, even if we went away for weekend, and thursday morning

Inject on Sunday evening, that makes Monday evening - day one, Tuesday evening - day two, Wednesday evening - day three, and Thursday morning - day 3.5 and you inject again. Friday morning is now day 1, Saturday morning is day two, Sunday morning is day three...and Sunday night is day 3.5 and you inject again.

I inject every Tuesday morning at 6am and Friday evening at 6pm.......................basically every 84 hrs (3.5 days) from last pin!

I do every monday and thursday.
I think 2x per week in small dosages is the way to go. Your levels will never get too high and DHT levels will be in a normal range. I strongly believe doing injections once per week causes T levels to go over 1000 the 2 days following your injection which causes very large spikes in DHT levels and estrogen as well. Smaller dosages broken in 2 will minimize this big time.

I agree twice a week should be plenty. But I thought I would try daily and I'm really surprised how easy it is, I did have my doubts before I started.

Yes definitely should be steady enough for most but if one has low shbg or wants to try improving e2 than more frequently/ daily makes sense.

Monday and Thursday for me. I do my injections night time. And usually the same time. It may fluctuate 1-3 hours apart but thats good enough.
