What did you think of the caber? Any benefits?

I didn’t feel anything from the caber but as others have stated I was messed up from taking fenesteride & not having my e2 in check. & I think I was taking to high of a dose on the canber. But I still have 4 bottles left so when I get my protocol dialed in I’ll give it another shot

As I stated before twice weekly may not show good results and as I suspected SHBG is very low and free hormones are high, this means free estrogen as well. Daily dosing is going to be optimal for you.

I recently switched to daily dosing and it's been a game changer for me, my SHBG isn't as low as yours (22) but I feel more consistent on daily dosing and E2 is more reasonable.
