Thanks for the feed back, it’s a good thing I managed to read everybody experience here and didn’t take 250mg, the reason behind jumping on AI is I couldn’t take the e2 symptoms it was too much. Initially I was going to let it go but the symptoms I couldn’t take, I had to through in the ai.Free t calculated by true T: 0.59
Your FT is 24.19 ng/dL.....just slightly over mid range as the mean would be 23.5 ng/dL of the reference range 16-31 ng/dL.
You have room to increase your FT levels but again it depends on how you feel overall!
Seeing as you just started trt and one can experience ups/downs especially since ones hormones are in flux in the weeks leading up until levels stabilize and even than once levels have stabilized at 6 weeks.....it can take many months for the body to adapt to the new T levels.....let alone e2 levels.
Why would you even jump on an a.i. so soon.....you just started trt!
Find a new doctor.....prescribing 250 mg/week let alone heavy dose of an a.i. is just piss poor treatment!
Doc recommendation:
250 one shot sustanon weekly
1mg arimidix day after
1mg arimidix day after that
1000HCG EOD
If anything you should have started on a T only protocol at a much lower T dose (which you are doing now) than your doctor prescribed.
'
No aromatase inhibitor or hcg so you can truly gauge how you feel and how said protocol (T dose/injection frequency) effects your TT/FT and e2 levels and even than after 6 weeks it can take 2-3 months to truly gauge how you feel overall on said protocol as it takes time for the body to adapt to the new T levels.
It is normal for one to experience ups/downs when first starting trt or when one tweaks a protocol (increase/decrease T dose) as hormones will be in flux in the weeks leading up to stabilized blood levels.....to0 many are quick to jump on the a.i. bandwagon at the slightest sign of the "oh it must be high e2 syndrome".....when in fact it can take time for the body to adapt to the new hormone levels.....and in many cases an a.i. may never have been needed!
Again who puts one on 250 mg/week of testosterone for trt.....let alone just starting out.....your doctor is an idiot.
My normal estrogen level are always between 15-20 pg, I had reading 8 years back showing E=16 when my T= 16. Also before TRT E was 20.
Another reading while on hcg monotherapy t=18 e=22 when I had the highest increase In libido I ever had in my life maybe !
I also have a friend with normal T levels showing T= 18 and E=23
Based on all this but mainly the symptoms I jumped on the AI. After my first dose I felt much better.it was too much I couldn’t take it.
