I don't mind the optics but it seems to negatively affect my digestion, i.e. I cannot eat a normal meal portion, my stomach seems to be quickly overfull and causes discomfort.
Going to adjust my nutrition and guess I will try a 'natural' diuretic to alleviate symptoms.
If I can get the Hydrochlorothiazide, then I will test it to obtain a reference to compare with the 'natural' alternative.

Digestive enzymes? Elimination diet? Have you been checked for SIBO?

"Bloat" due to intestinal gas is related to intestinal bacteria and infections. It has nothing to do with water retention and will not respond to diuretics.

Indeed have had lack of appetite. Damn bacteria, htf could I catch them....
