I’ve been on trt hcg for 3 years . 14mg daily and 400iu mon-weds-fri. No AI ever. My levels were pretty high 900-1000 total 30free test with some minorly high rbc count and hemeglobin and hematoctit . I’ve just recently had a run in with hair thinning all over the top of my hair . I’m 33 not obese I exercise I take my vitamins workout 4x 5x a week religiously and am curious why it could be ? Is it from the side effects of the trt Or high estrogen possibly ? Or perhaps genetics even though neither my parents had hair problems nor their grandparents . Any ideas ? Or solutions ? Thanks as always

There are reasons for hair loss unrelated to TRT/sex hormones (see internet) such as infections, inflammation, thyroid, mineral deficiencies, stress,...

Genetics determines everything, hair loss and even how fast you age. There’s a saying, you look your age. This idea that no one in your family tree has had hair loss and therefore you shouldn’t experience hair loss is a false idea.
