Storing Trimix

Question: Can you reconstitute the vial, freeze it, thaw it, and refreeze it? I drew up syringes prior to first freezing (and froze those), but didnt want to draw up all since there may have been dosage adjustment, so unthawed, drew up more, and then froze again.

Interesting observation. Could it possibly how you store the vial? I was advised to shake my vial of Trimix thoroughly, fill like 10 syringes with appropriate doses each, pulling them back for air space and then putting all in the freezer - syringes and vial. When I get low on syringes, I defrost the vial, shake it up really good then fill more syringes. All goes back in the freezer until I need to fill more syringes.

Defrosting a pre-loaded syringe takes very little time holding it in my hand. Inject then go to town!

I have a vial of Trimix that's going on 2 years old and it's just as effective as the day it was mixed. Then again, I don't inject -that- often - no more than twice per week.
