Yeah, reading back through your posts, I would have been surprised if your gonadotropins were higher than 4.0. Actually, with 1.3 on your LH, the 285ng/dl score should give you some encouragement that your testes will be receptive to the LH analog, or in this case administering HCG 'should' be a productive addition to help promote some endogenous test and keep the testicles feeling good! My baseline LH many years back was at the 1.7 level if not mistaken, with similar serum results. If you take injections or gels/cream, pay attention to your dosages if you include HCG in your program. I reduced my Cyp dosage by 40% per week after starting HCG over 4 years ago, and ultimately achieved the same serum level of testosterone with administering a HCG protocol at/around 250iu x 3/wk. Everyone responds differently, so just spend a little extra detail time with labs for the first year to get your program dialed in to meet a good balance for your body.

Probably not a lot of 60 year olds without an enlarged prostate. I'd think a 1.4 PSA would be encouraging. Mine is the same (at 42 years old) and my urologist said he wouldn't be concerned unless it got above 5. 1.4 is a long way from 5. From reading through your posts, sounds like you're on the right track and just need to continue educating yourself on TRT.
