Attached are labs from May of this year. I plan to start TRT this Friday after finishing and being cleared from some other medical tests.
Questions/Opinions on:
1: Based on the labs, should I even consider TRT? Am I missing anything that may be causing my symptoms?
2: Start with once a week or twice? With my lifestyle and routine, the fewer the injections the better. I’d like to only pin once a year, but we know that’s not an option. I’d be ecstatic if I could get away with once a week. Twice a week wouldn’t be the end of the world. So, should I start with once and week and see how it goes or start with the twice and week then eventually try once a week? I’m guessing my SHBG is high with my free T being so low compared to total. If that’s the case, shouldn’t I be able to go longer between pins? I will be paying out of pocket for more labs just before I start Friday. I’ll probably add SHBG just to know for sure.
3: Starting dosage? I’d like to keep the dose as low as possible and remedy the symptoms. I was thinking 100-120mg/wk. But with my total T already close to 600 and free T crap, should I start higher then try backing off later? I'm thinking I'll need a total T at the higher end to get free T where I can actually feel it.

13-15% body fat (Pure guess. No gut, but no 6 pack either.)
3 days of strength training and 1-3 days of HIIT per week.
Diet is clean. No junk or crap foods. Rarely any processed carbs other than bread. Almost no alcohol. May 1 drink per month or longer.
Symptoms: Libido has been declining for the past 10 years. Severe the past 3-4. Motivation is hard to come by. I have to drag myself to the gym and even then, I hardly ever get a great workout. Rarely get morning wood. And when I do it’s not much.
I did try Test Cyp at @ 160mg/wk, 1000 IU of HCG/wk, 25mg DHEA and .25mg AI/wk. 1st three weeks were great, then I started to get some unwanted side effects. Stopped after 6 weeks. At the time I knew nothing about TRT. Now that I’m a little more educated on this I’ll be doing T only.
