I’ve never heard of absorbing 60-70% of a cream. Defy says 10% on their website.

Well, 2.5hrs after dosing with 50mg to the balls shows TT at 1051, FT 23.3, Estradiol 53, DHT 394, SHGB 52.4, IGF-1 went from 135 to 219.

I would say I'm absorbing way more than 10%, Please keep in mind I'm applying to the balls which indeed has a higher absorption rate.

There's no way to even speculate because there's no X dose that correlates to Y levels, no way you can do that, topicals or injections.

On the scrotum, you absorb much more than on other areas.

I get mine from Empower Pharmacy. I have no idea what you mean by which base do we use??

There are different bases (the type of cream the testosterone is mixed with) such as Lipoderm, Versabase, Atrevis. Atrevis is a newer base that is made specifically for men on TRT to deliver more testosterone through the skin.

I'm not a very hairy person by nature so its not an issue, but for others, they say grooming helps absorption.

Yea otherwise gets stuck on the hair instead of being on skin ready to be absorbed
