Shoulder injection pain

Hey guys,

I recently started doing injections in my shoulder of .30 ml of test cyp with a 27ga 1/2" needle. My left shoulder in the deltoid is now hurting a lot and the muscle looks like it's popping out and or swollen. The last injection I did was on Friday. Has this happened to anyone?

I tried the deltoid a few years ago and had a lot of pain too... went back to Quad. I understand the pain but the inflammation is weird.... Stupid question, but did you wipe with alcohol before sticking??

Justin, I wonder why you get pain? I also inject inject in the shoulders, after injecting I do rub the injecton spot but I don't know if that makes a difference.

I alternate between my quads & glutes. Occasionally I have moderate pain in my quad. No rhyrme or reason, but it goes away in a few days.

yeah it's weird it gets really sore. Yeah I wiped it down with alcohol and used good injecting procedure so I'm not sure why this is happening.

Yeah, I'm not sure, and what's even more weird is that it only happens on my left side. I'm thinking maybe I'm not injecting in the right spot? Either way I think I'll try quads

im thinking maybe the shoulder muscle just isn't big enough or I'm not injecting in the right spot. I think I'll try quads though.

How much did you inject? What product? What size needle?

I injected .3ml with a 30ga 1/2" needle of test cyp in grape seed oil
