Should I worry?

Don´t know if I should worry but I always feel very warm and I am sweating a lot since I started TRT. For sometime ago I added 3-5gr L-Citrulline, Beet juice and 2,5mg Cialis per day for NO boost. It works great but I feel even warmer now and at night my feet feel almost like burning.
Could this be because of too much NO or what could it this hot body temp be?

Tommy I wonder why? Have you considered taking your temperature at different times during the day. Maybe you have a thyroid problem? Hopefully other replies will help.

Are you having night sweats (awakened and finding yourself soaked though)? Is it constant or intermittent?

I don´t sweat more during the night unless it is really a hot night. I sweat normally a lot under my chest muscles and my shirts get soaked in that area. I feel less tolerant to heat but I don´t know if it is TRT + NO boost etc.. or something els.

It would be nice to see thyroid function tests to rule out hyperthyrodism. Also, when some men have low T/E2 ratios (under 10-14 or so), they may experience pyrogenic effects (over heating).

Do you know your Total and Free T, estradiol and at least TSH?

Thx for your answers. My T/E2 ratio is around 27-28. My problem might be that I have a bit high Hematocrit 51,7 and Hemoglobine 17,8 (13-17). Taking that into consideration with super blood circulation boosted with Cialis and L-Citrulline might be pushing things to hard. I don´t know.
Last night I took 3gr of L-citrulline and my feet started to burn and my body went warm like crazy but in them morning everything was back to normal.

You are probably having a sharp increase in nitric oxide that causes vasodilation and a rush of blood that would make you feel hot. Flushing is a well known side effect of ED drugs.
