I was dialed in with 100 mg test enanthe a week plus 500 iu hcg a week some months ago. This worked really well for me! It took some time to dial in HCG, starting at 700 iu a week, but got e2 sides (feeling hot, itching and pain in nipples, overly emotional, headache etc). Lowered to 630 iu, then 540 iu before I got to 490 which seemed to be the sweet spot for me. I am pinning HCG daily btw.
Also I just want to note my LH on the bloods before starting TRT was 1.9 (ref range: 1.7-8.6), so it seems my testicles are sensitive. This put me then at 500 ng/dl.
I weighted 107kg (235 lb) when I started my TRT journey. Today I weigh 97 kg (214 lbs), but at the same time I went from training with 100kg in bench to 120 etc so I have probably added some kgs of muscle as well!
When I was dialed in my levels were 850 ng/dl. Two weeks ago my test came back at 1150 ng/dl. I paused for some days from high e2 sides and lowered my test dosage. I continued with 490 iu hcg. Today, I started to get high e2 sides again. So what I am wondering right now is if it would be best for me to just drop the HCG dose instead?
What do you guys think? Is someone more sensitive to HCG than others?
