Estrone and estriol would be a couple more. Makes me think more guys that have strange potentially estrogen related symptoms should run the more comprehensive fractionated estrogen labs and check those. There's more going on than just E2.

It does seem likely that TRT could affect estrone and estriol. However, they are relatively weak estrogens compared to estradiol, so it would seem to require pretty large deviations to make noticeable symptoms.

In accordance, the estrogenic activity of estrone has been reported to be approximately 4% of that of estradiol.[R]​

Although estriol is an efficacious agonist of the ERs, it is reported to have mixed agonist–antagonist (partial agonist) activity at the ER; on its own, it is weakly estrogenic, but in the presence of estradiol, it is antiestrogenic.[8][9] Given by subcutaneous injection in mice, estradiol is about 10-fold more potent than estrone and about 100-fold more potent than estriol.[R]​
