Estrone and estriol would be a couple more. Makes me think more guys that have strange potentially estrogen related symptoms should run the more comprehensive fractionated estrogen labs and check those. There's more going on than just E2.That's only 17

It does seem likely that TRT could affect estrone and estriol. However, they are relatively weak estrogens compared to estradiol, so it would seem to require pretty large deviations to make noticeable symptoms.Estrone and estriol would be a couple more.
