Prescription only.

Look at the ads in sports pages of your city newspaper or listen to sports radio, you will most likely hear Doc's who work with men and prescribe Trimix.

If you have a TRT Doc most can prescribe it as well as any Doc who knows about the drug.

You need to learn how to use it and how to inject it properly...no biggie, but important.

There is NOTHING like Trimix...best ever

Yes, the erection is not emotionally driven.

You could be at a funeral and if you injected yourself you'd be walking around with a limp because of the erection in your pants.

It lasts 3, sometimes 4 hrs for me. Even after you cum it's still there, so you can go for round two, or your partner can ride to their heart's content if they want more. As Gene says it truly is a wonder drug. The only downside is you have to inject it, learn to titrate the proper dose for you, etc. I have to be extra careful to apply pressure for several minutes afterwards for several minutes, or else I can get an unsightly blood bruise at the injection site

Contrary to what you'd think about sticking a tiny insulin needle into the side of your penis about hurting...it doesn't...at all.

My Doc compounds in 2% lidocaine and that takes any pain away...if there is any to begin with.

For me multiple orgasms are occasional.

The staying power is so great that by the time my wife is close to worn out and I have my orgasm it's super intense and very powerful so after that I really don't have any desire for another one...plus she's pretty close to tapping out any way.

Dosage will determine your erection hardness and length of erection.

Typically, I want at least 60 minutes sometimes more...like being in High School again

Yes, I can get an erection on my own...but the staying power isn't what is used to be even 5 years ago.

If I want a nice session with my wife and don't want to "worry" about losing my erection...which happens...this takes all of that away and allows me to focus on the pleasure for the two of us.

Like I said, I know guys who have no ED issues whatsoever and they use it because of the incredible staying power.

Like I said, more men with ED need to know about it and get over the needle thing as it is not an issue whatsoever.

How do the guys who have no ED issues get a prescription for it? And is it covered by insurance? Gene, when you got the meds is/was your issue premature ejaculation or just it would go away or was it the issue with getting an erection period?

Any good man Doc will prescribe it no differently than Viagra or Cialis...hell, many Doc's give their PDE5i samples out like candy to guys just by asking.

My issue was staying power for a longer duration; that's why I use it.

I can get an erection and can orgasm but sometimes I will just "lose it" for no reason...and the more I worried about "losing it" the more I lost it...this eliminates that.

Trimix is regularly used for PE as well.

Everyone's different, but I find it keeps me hard for 3 hrs, sometimes longer. But everybody responds differently, and it partly depends on the dose. I find I have a small "sweet spot" between not enough and and too much (i.e. so hard it hurts) So you gotta carefully titrate the dose that works best for you. And I find that over time the QuadMix I get compounded can lose some potency, so towards the end of the bottle I have to use more than I did when it was fresh. Not sure if they recommend this, but I find keeping it frozen between uses helps keep it longer (One bottle can last a long time--much more cost-effective than Cialis or Viagra, I've found.)

Usually good for two orgasms--sometimes three if we're really determined, though by then I'm likely shooting blanks. Like Gene, my issue is staying power, and this solves that's problem perfectly. The downside is of course you can't be as spontaneous, but most people and their partners find it a worthwhile tradeoff....

BTW, if you ever experience priapism from this or the pills, try popping some Sudafed before you panic and go to the emergency room. That and a cold shower or ice pack, and thinking about dear old Mom will usually do the trick.

I agree with Jeff. Good points. Alcohol, sudafed, and some other meds may decrease the length of time you are rock hard.
