There's a review of Royal Medical Center over on Reddit. The review is positive, but the client hasn't been with Royal for very long. There's some comparison with Defy in the comments, mostly about cost. Here's a excerpt, but if you have time read the whole review.
"They are not shy to tell you their goal is to keep you above 800 ng/dl total. Told me his personal level was around 1400. If you want to be kept lower they will work with you, you want them higher numbers, no problem long as health is kept in order. ... Overall I think they are a great option to pursue especially for those of us that want little more wiggle room to control our protocols."
