Reduced Ejaculate

I've been back on TRT for ten months and have experienced a significant reduction in ejaculate when unloading.
So much so it's not really pleasurable as I have to push to get a load out.
I'm taking zinc and my latest blood work through Defy is great.
I have reduced testicle size by half but that seems to have stabilized by using low dose clomid.
Any suggestions?
This is really bothersome.

This is a common problem. I had some improvement when I dropped my AI. However, for people who don't use and AI, I've never seen a good answer/solution for this.

Yes, when you're on testosterone your semen amount goes way down. I inject 500 IU of HCG twice a week and still has very low semen volume. My wife actually likes that I make less. It doesn't prevent me from enjoying my orgasms.

This is a very common issue. I would say I’m down by at least 50%. I agree with Vince. My wife and I both like having less volume.

I suggest investigating a healthy dose of Pygeum and lecithin. The Pygeum seems to be especially beneficial

Same issue here. When I am not on TRT I have very large loads with lots of force and my orgasms last 20-30 sec.
Even at my current age of 50, when not on TRT I can get off twice a day.

On TRT, my loads go down to one little squirt and then it is over. And it is very hard for me to get off.
I still have strong erections, but I can go for a very long time and rarely can get off. Very low satisfaction.

So why am I on TRT you may ask? I feel much better physically and my workouts are better.

I am with Defy and we have adjusted my dose, but I have a feeling I will be stopping again as the sexual sides suck.
