PT-141 Bremelanotide

I take around 300mcg twice a week and I think it is one of the best erection promoters there is. Other than slight flushing (which goes away quickly), pronounced tanning affect if one is in the sun, and the need to be in fairly good erectile health in the first place, I think it is a must-use. As with many other things, I think it is under-rated based on "hard cases" trying it and not getting immediate perfection, and then saying it doesn't work, or trying way too much and having a bad reaction. It seems to require sleep to "activate" it and even without sleep it apparently takes a few hours, but it works for me, however I do a lot of things to stay healthy so it is impossible to know what it may be having synergy with.

I tried the low dosing strategy, but abandoned it due to side effects. Flushing, feeling of malaise etc. I certainly did notice an erectile bump, but it wasn't worth it for me. As noted above, it can really work well for certain folks. There are a quite a few threads on this site if you do a search.

Thanks for your response. Do you mind if I ask your age? Have you ever tried Bimix/Trimix? If so, how does it compare with those? What were your erections issues like prior to taking PT141? Were you able to obtain a good enough erection for intercourse, did you have problems maintaining an erection, etc.? Please describe the improvements you experienced after you started PT. Thank!

I'm 63 and no I've never used B/Tmix, but I don't think anything comes close to them. They are in their own league from what I've read, although there is the potential for psychological dependency. I would say that PT-141 makes about a 10-20% improvement and took the quantity, quality and speed of erections from pretty good to noticeably better. I know that is a highly subjective judgment but it is in the well-worth-using category for me, but so are, for example, Nitric Oxide tablets, HIIT workouts and DHEA. BTW, I use MT-2 in the winter and PT-141 in the summer.

i tried it, and felt like absolute shit. no libido boost but flushing+headache+weakness.
melatonan 2 which is a cousin, worked 100x better for me, melatonan 2+sun....insane boost
problem is you will turn dark, and since i tan dark quick already, m2 became over the top very quickly

Yes, PT 141 is amazing. PT 141 plus Viagra and a good cock ring has made all the difference in the world. Some people have a bad reaction (stomach pain) so start very slow. Feel free to PM me if you want to discuss.

Bremelanotide or Vyleesi or PT 141 as it's called, is a very effective drug for ED and improving libido. The stuff works extremely well. However, it also has some significant side effects, nausea, body aches, headaches, sinus congestion, and flushing are the predominant ones. If you try it, be aware, that the nausea is probably the most common side effect. It can be very severe. when I took vylessi, the first three times no nausea at all. I thought perhaps I was one of the lucky ones to not get it. the 4th time I used it, I was toilet hugging for better than a day. After that my doc prescribed generic zofran which took care of most of the nausea, but then I also started getting significant body aches and headaches. Ibuprofen helped, but it reached a point where I was taking 400-600 mg of ibuprofen two to three times a day and still in discomfort. I also have seasonal allergies and the compounded nasal congestion from Vyleesi made it hard to breath thru my nose, even with double dose daily Allegra. It's a shame someone cannot figure out how to clean this drug up, because it worked...erections like crazy, and it lasted for 8-10 hours or more. I would honestly say try it, perhaps you will be one of those who don't get the side effects, or yours will be very mild. If you are having issues, it's worth a try.
