Is it normal for the PSA level to go up on Cypionate? Before trt back in 2017 my level was 0.8 and it has gradually increased. My latest dose is 50 mg weekly since 5 months ago.
3/8/22= 1.82
8/16/22= 1.32
5/1/23= 1.51
2/6/24= 2.7

Atorvastatin, Zyrtec, Nasonex, Protonix.
Sorry I guess I should have been more specific more like Prostate OTC stuff I know its just a shot in the dark but plenty of guys have good results from some form of palmetto cocktail to help with PSA.

As always make sure you dont ejaculate 72hrs before blood draw no bike or motorcycle riding either.

I've been on T cypionate for around 10 years. My PSA has gone from .54 to .82 I am 66 years old. I would be taking 20mg of lycopene daily with a good fat like olive oil or avocado. Just read a study that said lycopene from salsa was 4.4x better absorbed if the salsa had avocado in it. Due to the fat.
Lycopene lowers PSA numbers and enhances endothelial function and nitric oxide bioavailability.
