hi, I'm not on TRT and I bought Pregnenolone 50 mg. I want to use it for my social anxiety but I'm scared. is pregnenolone safe? can it kill me? lol.

I wouldn't take 50mg though, do half and see how it goes. Some like it at night, just try it, there's no harm, just don't start with 50mg is my advice.

these are capsules. cant split. i think 50 mg is not too high, right? people use 100 mg.

Some guys on TRT have low or undetectable pregnenolone since TRT shuts down that upstream hormone cascade. HCG + TRT restores that cascade. The clinical benefits of pregnenolone in men are currently being researched but there is no clear answer about what happens when we shut it down.
