I don't think you're a candidate for trt. I would consider cleaning up your diet and finding a good workout program. I think if you started injecting testosterone you'll be sadly disappointed in the results.

what is your SHBG? Free T?

very sad that i didn't have those tests performed. Will definitely get those added in my next test.

Your Total T is actually pretty good, but with the lower than mid-range LH I'm inclined to believe it possible SHBG is high and Free T low which is not uncommon. Total T isn't the free portion of testosterone, Free T is the stuff in circulation and is where the rubber meets the road.

If SHBG is on the higher end, Free T is more than likely suboptimal.

Heres another question. I got alot of blowback on reddit for waiting to raise my levels from 600 to 1200. I believed that being at a level of 1000-1200 was a safe level to be at with minimal/no side effects.
People said that I should either blast and cruise or take no exogenous test. This is making me lean towards blasting and cruising for life instead of TRT levels for life. Thoughts?

You list no symptoms of low T. only a number. And a cruising goal. If blasting and cursing is what your after. There is another website that will offer that. If you think you have low t. I would drop 20-30# clean up your diet. Quit drinking and see how you feel then.

I was 5 8 198 . I felt like shit. I Dropped weight. Exercised. Ate good and still felt like crap. Then asked my doctor for labs. T ranged from 240-305. If I hadn’t already optimized my life style. My doc would of never started me on testosterone.
