Please read my lab results and tell me why I might be Impotent

Thoughts? Im fully impotent. 36 years old, healthy overall, 140 pounds. Tadafil and viagra dont work at low doses.

Your erectile problems are the result of low estrogen (<15), either due to supplementing something with anti estrogen effects (AI) or an aromatase deficiency.

ED meds can’t work if hormones are out of whack.

You may have bigger problems than just ED, low estrogen can cause osteoporosis. Cialis is actually not good to take if you have low estrogen, because it can lower it further.

If you overdose your TRT and drive estrogen high and or inject 4000 IU of hCG, this can cause ED.

I believe your TRT protocol is too much, even without the hCG. I think if you drop your dosage down to around 80-100 mg, without the hCG, after 6-8 weeks, maybe then your erections will make an appearance.

Your liver markers with the exception for bilirubin are very good. My elevated bilirubin on TRT lead to my Gilbert’s syndrome diagnosis, which is a liver disorder that usually has no symptoms.

So right now im taking nothing....im cold turkey i guess. Thats bizare that ciales is worse to take if I have low estrogen, not sure why the doctor and his nurse said to take it everyday pretty much.

How do I boost my estrogen levels? Im looking online and I searched estradiol .... they sell them in pill form online...should this be my next move? or do I have to still take testosterone shots because that is where estrogen comes from after if transforms... Thank you.

and how did u find out that you have gilberts syndrome without it having any sort of symptoms....i hope there isnt a list of a thousand of these syndromes that will come along with this treatment.

Taking estrogen will shut down your HPTA, so might as well be on TRT, and hCG. If you’re unable to get your estrogen high enough, then estrogen my be necessary.

I do have a slight yellowness to skin, especially my toes. My GP thought I had a thyroid problem, when that checked out, he check my DNA for Gilbert’s.

your E2 seems low.
I've run Test as high as 300mg/week and my libido erection went through the roof.
also your test might be too low. not sure what your free T is, one thing to check

SO this paper work does not say how much free test I have?....damn...so which test should I order?...I asked the doctor looking at my levels what age do i Look...and he said 60....im 37 right now.

im worried about taking test because I dont want bitch tits...is it worse if i take estrogen directly then? is that a fast track to tits? i am reading you have to micro dose estorgen as a male with aromatose deficiency?

What im thinking is that my brain's hypothalamus and pituitary glands have had most of their estradiol receptors burned off through a chemical castration process with an unknown substance/poison...is there a way to test for this? This all happened one day 10 years ago maybe after I megadosed with the amino acid L Glutamine...i took like 100 grams of it at once thinking it was good for body building/body. I was young and dumb and fd up I know..or it may of been after ingesting a research chemical named pramiracetam. I noticed a strange headrush within the center of my brain and went into a panic for 5 minutes not knowing what was going on inside of my brain. I felt a physical whir around the center of it..after this i never could get an erection again. Just the 1 time after taking the sustanon 270 2 years ago...not sure where to go from here...viagra and ciales dont work...
