perplexed as to what is going on

Hello,
I am 25 years old male from India.
Past: from 2009-2014
1. I had high libido, very good and dense hair on scalp, no sexual problems whatsoever.
2. Very good cognitive brain function, maths topper in my colege days and very good memory, academically very strong, emotionally very sensitive in a good way
3. But for this whole time period I was on SSRIs also, going on and off because I had Pure OCD

Period 2014-17 till today:
In December of 2013, I went off Prozac 20mg and after one month I took some height increasing supplement from India and also ordered Growthflexvpro (site is growthflexvpro.com) from Canada
Took these for approximately 15 days straight. Overdosed on Growthflexvpro package which contained only ingredients as L arginine and L orthinine 500mg and 250mg capsules respectively. I took like 10 capsules (overdosed) per day ,whereas it was recommended in the package only one or two capsules per day
Immediately after completing that package , I started suffering from extreme brain fog, no emotions, completely numbness in brain and genitals, erection problems, ejaculation not going with full force just dribbling out. Most of all, I lost my imagination power, like how we imagine things while seeing a girl, the feel of her body parts, all that. I lost a major chunk of front hair just days after this. And now I can easily be put into Androgenic Alopecia case. Plus now even simple math calculations cannot be performed by me. Severe memory impairment. It is like my total personality has changed. I thought this would eventually go away and therefore I waited for four months till October 2014. But then got frustrated and thought naively that maybe SSRIs would cure the imbalance (I was strictly thinking in terms of "neurosymptoms" that time, that these may have been hormonal problems did not even cross my mind) and then I started taking antidepressants again.
This continued till this year April 2017 when finally I got my blood get tested.
And to the horror of mine, my testosterone came 163 ng/dl, then again I tested at 106ng/dl. (Full blood reports attached)
I was so happy that maybe only testosterone is the problem and then, I started taking Testosterone shots, 160mg per week for nearly a month but to my despair I found that apart from decent erections, it didn't solve my vast mental symptoms. I could not even feel anything in the first place due to emotional numbness I have been experiencing , that this increased testosterone could have worked properly. But I only experimented with Testosterone for one month, don't know if I should have given it more time?
By searching the net for similar symptoms, the side effects I am suffering are very much similar to those experienced by Propecia (I have never used any other drug other than SSRIs). Both the sexual and mental symptoms likewise, especially the mental ones.
Can anybody tell me what's going on? I tried Testoviron as mentioned above for one month but nothing great happened. Got erections but still libido was weak very weak. So stopped the injections.
Please check my blood reports attached and advise if possible as I am really struggling now.
One of the blood test results (before experimenting with Testosterone shots):
Free t4 0.9 Range 0.8-1.8ng/dl (this is low in other tests also)
Total T4 thyroxine 7.7 Range 4.6-10.5 ug/dl
TSH 1.96 Range 0.42-4.2 uiU/ml
FSH 3.2 Range 1.4-15.4 miU/ml
LH 3.6 Range 1.2-7.8 miU/ml
Prolactin 13 Range 3-18 ng/ml
Testosterone total 163 ng/dl Range 260 - 1000 ng/dl
Free testosterone 9.00 Range 9.1-32.2 pg/ml
E2 21.61 pg/ml
Hemoglobin 15.6 Range 13.0 to 17.0 g/dl
Hematocrit 45.6 Range 40-50 %

It definitely looks like your testosterone levels are low. At age 25, you should definitely find out the reason why. I would start with a very clean diet and workout (exercise) daily.

I appreciate that but you could see that I was very healthy in terms of high sex drive, erections but days after taking those supplements I developed horrible case of hypogonadism, so there must be something wrong with the body/brain, and therefore, what should I do so that my testosterone levels increase to a high level. And what is the root problem I am not able to find an answer till now.

Yes, I am not sure but I think apart from very low testosterone levels, lack of emotions, difficulty concentrating, severe memory and cognitive imapirment may have been caused by SSRIs or atleast they had a major part in causing these symptoms, and that's why I have stopped them for good. Last pill four months ago.
But where I get confused is I was taking SSRIs for quite a good time before I took those supplements, and never had sexual problems atleast. I don't know maybe it was a compound effect of SSRIs and those supplements.
The supplement contained L Arginine 500mg and L orhinine 250mg capsules. I heavily overdosed on them as I thought they would not cause any side effects. But I was wrong, they did. My whole endocrine system is in a state of dysfunction.
Do you think the supplements I took were otherwise safe?

Yes the supplement are safe, too much L-Arginine can give diarrhea. When first starting a large dose, but will not affect your testosterone negatively. I do use both regularly
